About me

Whether it’s presenting on camera, producing broadcast and digital news, writing compelling stories, or curating engaging social media content, I thrive on bringing ideas to life and connecting with audiences across platforms.

After earning my Bachelor of Communications in 2017, I launched my career as a Multimedia Sports Reporter for the New Zealand Herald at NZME.

In 2021, I embraced an exciting new challenge, leading the Herald’s video platform, NZH Focus. I created the Focus Morning Bulletin, a digital-first online news show, which I solely produced and presented for three years.

Under my leadership, the weekday show grew its audience to over a million weekly views across NZ Herald online, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Throughout my news career, I also covered a range of major events, including the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France, the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, 2021 America’s Cup, Covid-19 pandemic, Wellington Parliament Protest, and Cyclone Gabrielle.

After taking the leap to go freelance in late 2024, I now work with a variety of brands and businesses in the digital content space.
